1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DataRyxon platform and our analytical services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
Usage of our website implies automatic consent to our operational protocols. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our primary portal, and continued use of our forecasting tools post-update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Scope of Analytics & Forecasting
Advisory Nature
DataRyxon provides high-integrity predictive analytics. Our outputs—including trend reports, market forecasts, and growth insights—are generated based on historical data patterns and mathematical modeling.

Note: Forecasting is inherently probabilistic. Results represent estimated likelihoods rather than absolute certainties.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content hosted on dataryxon.com, including but not limited to proprietary algorithms, UI/UX designs, data visualizations, and forecasting methodologies, is the exclusive property of DataRyxon or its licensors. This property is protected by Vietnamese and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
The "Insight License"
When you receive a specific analytics report, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those specific insights for internal business intelligence purposes only. Redistribution of our methodology or raw analytical frameworks is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DataRyxon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities stemming from decisions made based on our forecasting reports.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to DataRyxon during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hanoi, Vietnam.
